Last night, I was on my way to the gym and noticed that so many houses still had their Christmas lights shining! So, I drove around a few neighborhoods. I called Jeff and asked him if he'd take the kiddos out for a drive. He did!
One of my resolutions is to get my ebay account to 100. I took a photo of the current number of transactions. While it may seem easy to get 6 more, trust me when I tell you, it isn't...not for me. I think it's taken me six years to get to where I am.

Today, I entered a contest (one of my resolutions) at http://www.mixingbowl.com/. Please vote for my recipe...Saucy Shells Stuffed with Cheese and Spinach. It really is fantastic! This is one of the first meals I ever made from scratch.
I entered it in the messiest food catagory - sauce splatters as you're cooking, olive oil all over the place because I'm having caffeine withdrawal and my hands are shaking, and mixing the cheeses together with your fingers (you can use a spoon, but how much fun is that?)! Eating it can be quite messy, too, especially if you are a 4-year old!
